South East The C word meet 8th December, Now At Lasham Airfield

had a great chin wag as usual :)nice to see new faces :cool:and andrew i hope you enjoy the secret santa 🎅 thanks for the chocs🍬 and glad you enjoyed the mince pie🥮
Thank you Robert, I'm keeping the secret Santa until Christmas day as I won't be getting anything else.

  • As usual it was good to meet up with folks and continue previous conversations and start new ones with those not previously met.
  • The more northerly venue than that on Portsdown Hill brought new members to the scene which was great, and as usual there was the exchange of ideas and knowledge, especially for me in that when I first got my Elgrand, there was a strangely shaped trim piece in the glove box whose location I had no clue and only last week during a tidy-up, I nearly threw it away.
  • Then a chance remark from @MALAKI about his missing curtain rail trim piece, finally solved the puzzle. The pics below say it all, but thanks Richard 👍

Yes, thanks, enjoying the new bus! (Or "The White Train" as it seems to have been named by my 3 year old) Weather turned pretty wet but I was in high spirits and had a good drive back! Thanks for everyone's hospitality and hopefully see you again in the future.
I'll be tackling a few small jobs and routine servicing jobs, so I will be lurking in the forums :)
