She'll probably be happy to have him out of the house for a bit while she wraps all his presents
REALLY!
haha she on the tinternet now looking at what im going to buy her
Don't do it mate...that'll look crap on your car!but apparently ive gone halves with her dad on a pearl and diamond pendant
So, been giving this some thought, therefore can I suggest that we meet up at The Departure Lounge Cafe in Alton. I think we were all happy with proceedings on our first visit and it's a more central location for those further north. Date wise, as this is a C word meet, does Sunday 8th December suit everyone?

sounds good to me that was a good place with good food and im never dressing as santa
Great stuff, it will be good to have an interloper alongPut me down for this.
Intended coming up from Somerset anyway for @Winchester to underseal my van before the really bad weather sets in and so have booked in with Adrian for the work to be done on the 9th & 10th so will come up on the Sunday for the meal and have booked a room at The Market Hotel in Alton for the Sunday and Monday nights while Adrian is doing my van and will make a bit of a break of it with a couple of days away and will drive back on the Tuesday with the van all undersealed ready for Winter.
Bonus is that I can I can have a few beverages on the Sunday without needing to drive as Adrian has kindly said that he would drop us off at Alton on the Sunday after leaving the van with him but having looked at the map I think that the departure lounge is even closer to him than Alton so hopefully he can drop us off there instead of Alton.
Just confirming that Simon at The Departure Lounge is very happy for us to eat his mince pies and sausage rolls on December 8th and will accommodate us accordingly.
No need to commit, it's all rather informal so just turn up if you can get over.i 'might ' be able to make it - when's the latest you need to know?
