Hi a little early I know but as the Shows Events and Meets are known I will post information in this thread so its easy for owners to see whats going off.
JANUARY

FEBRUARY

MARCH

3rd SUNDAY. HAYNES MOTOR MUSEUM . Organised in the South West area section meets, should be a good turn out.

APRIL

19th to 21st FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY. MODIFIED NATIONALS. NAEC STONELEIGH, COVENTRY. ALSO THE NATIONAL HOT ROD, CUSTOM AND AMERICAN CAR SHOW IS TAKING PLACE AT THE SAME TIME HERE. This should be a fantastic display for ant Petrolhead with loads going off and entertainment in the evenings. (Please see the thread in Shows & Events).

MAY

12th SUNDAY. NORTH EAST AUTO SHOW, DARLINGTON. 1 day show (see main thread below).

JUNE

1st SATURDAY. JDM COMBE, CASTLE COMBE JAPANESE CAR SHOW. Please see section in Events

8th & 9th (SATURDAY & SUNDAY) THE JAP SHOW, SANTA POD We have a club stand in the pits area at this show on the sunday, there is loads going off (see RobP's post a little lower down for info)

9th (SUNDAY) CLEVELEYS CAR SHOW. Cleveleys (north of Blackpool, on the coast). Single day car show for a day out on the coast.

16th (SUNDAY) LOUGHBOROUGH CAR SHOW. 8.00 - 16.00. This car show is organised by Loughborough Council and is hosted by Charnwood Cruisers Custom Car Club. Its FREE and open to all types of vehicle. Classics, Hot Rods, Customs, Vans etc. Its held in Loughborough town centre LE11 3HA.

JULY

18th (SUNDAY) SIMPLEY JAPANESE, BEAULIEU MOTOR MUSIEUM. This show is usually a good one with lots to do on the day including the National Motor Museum and take a trip on the Monorail around the gardens

AUGUST

4th (SUNDAY) BLACKPOOL CLASSIC CAR SHOW. 10.00 - 5.00 Single day car show at the coast.

8th to 11th (THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY. THE J.A.E. (As of yet the location has not been announced). This is the must not miss show, this year we need to stamp on the other clubs and get BEST CLUB STAND BACK.

SEPTEMBER

28th & 29th (SATURDAY & SUNDAY) THE JAP SHOW FINALS, SANTA POD. Like the June show we have a club stand in the pits area at this show on the sunday, (See RobP's post a little lower down for info)

Just checked link for this meet, prices a bit confusing, do u know if price is per person and do we have to pay extra for camping?
Hi @Cliff goodwin yes prices are a bit confusing aren't they. Price is for each person and cost of camping plot would be spread out between people attending.

2 new single car shows added to the list, both of them in the North West and on the coast first is on June 9th at Cleveleys the other is August 4th at Blackpool, google car shows in the North East.

All Japanese car and motorcycle owners are invited to drive into Beaulieu on Sunday 28th July and park up within the museum complex for what promises to be a superb day out for both Japanese vehicle owners and enthusiasts.

All Japanese models are welcome at the eighth Simply Japanese event, which is set to provide a great opportunity to admire participants cars, motorcycles and to connect with fellow enthusiasts. Old or new, heavily modified or straight from the showroom floor, you can expect to see Nissans, Hondas, Suzukis and Subarus amongst the many marques on display.

All participants have the opportunity to be chosen as the winner of the People’s Choice Award, selected by public vote. Prizes will be awarded to the winner and runners-up.

BRING THE CLUB!
Pre-booked clubs are welcome at our Simply events. Please contact the Events team at least two weeks prior to the event to reserve your space and provide us with the following information:

  • Club Name
  • No. of Cars expected to attend (minimum 10 cars)
  • Name of Club Organiser
  • Contact Number & Email for Organiser
  • Any Disability Requirements
Final vehicle numbers will be required two weeks prior to the event. All participants will require one ticket per person. Club Information will be emailed to Club Organisers approximately one week prior to the event.

Clubs are requested to arrive at the same time in order to allow our stewards to park your members faster. Please note that club areas will only be reserved until 10am, after this time the area will be released to other participants. Individual club members arriving after 10am are not guaranteed to be able to join their booked club area.
