Sunday September 6th sees a return to Portsdown for the South Coast section monthly meet.

For those that haven't been the meeting point is on Portsdown Hill in the Micks Monster Burgers parking area.

Always good to see new faces. Meets usually starts around 10am or so for a couple of hours of chat, coffee and cakes if we're lucky.

glad to see it back at micks but i am on my hols that Sunday hope to see new members turn up and will see you all asap

as a ps i won't see andies engine cover in the flesh :(

You are welcome to pop round for a gawp.

Damn we are away that week, see you at the next one

I will be away also... shame as daisey would be all fixed and have a new addition by then ..

Just a reminder that the M27 will be completely closed near Fareham for roadworks for three days from Friday night. It will be shut in both directions between junctions 11 (at Fareham) and junction 9 (at Whiteley) so expect a lot of traffic on the surrounding roads.

Thanks for the reminder 👍

Sounds like it will be a small gathering tomorrow. It will, nonetheless, be perfectly formed.

my mrs said i could go tomorrow and drop her off at the show:cool: but i think my life depends on me being with her ;)

Have a good day folks. Don't forget the photos

Sorry, I’m now unable to attend... I had a lovely G30 series 2 fresh import to show off too!!!

Got there for 11am, bit late I know, saw only one other, scooter in his E51 camper. Nice to meet you mate. Hopefully get to meet some more of you in the future.

That's a big shame, we must have just missed you. Would have lingered if we knew you were coming. Any road up, here's a couple of pics of a brace of Elgrands enjoying the view. Myself and Sam @di.burnside.

Yeah sorry tried to say I was coming last night but the site was down. 5th wedding anniversary yesterday so was a little worse for wear this morning. Still managed to Chuck my son and home baked cake in the wagon and had a lovely slow drive along the downs to portdown, hanging out with my boy before he finally starts school again tomorrow. Still always a next time I’m sure. Will get photos next time too

Glad you enjoyed the run. It was never going to be a big meet as it seems we are in peak staycation time, and as you point out, with the forum being down there was a lack of communication.

Maybe we will have a run over your way next time if you know of any good meeting points. Previous attempts at generating interest in a meet to the east have failed dismally, and a change of scenery would be nice. October the 4th will be the 1st Sunday.

We will be at Brands Hatch next Sunday for the Go! Japan show.
