North East Auto Show - Darlington - 12th May 2019

Also, just a note to all, you have put down that you're attending with ElgrandOC? They need this info to be able to allocate necessary space for us.
 
Hi Karl, probably myself and 3/4 others, my daughter and her mates. It might just be me though depends what mood she's in on the day 😂

TICKETS ARE NOW CLOSED FOR THE SHOW, WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY MORE MEMBERS ON THE STAND.

IF YOU WANT TO ATTEND ON THE STAND PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND I'LL ADD YOU TO THE RESERVE LIST IF ANYONE DROPS OUT.

I NEED CONFIRMATION FROM EVERYONE ON THE LIST THAT THEY WILL BE THERE, IF NOT, I WILL BE OFFERING THE SPACE TO OTHER MEMBERS.

So we're the first plot people will walk past as we're right next to the entrance... or right at the end depending on which entrance they use.

I got a ticket and followed your instructions. I got a window hanger saying Elgrand O C 13 but I have not registered on any other list. I bought tickets for adults but found no way of registering under 16's. I assume I just hoy them in the van and do not need a ticket.

It's not often that us Northerners don't have to spend 3 hours travelling for a car show, so would be great if we can get a decent sized club stand again!

Ticket price is £6 per adult, including booking fee and postage. Kids under 16 go free.

This is a ONE DAY SHOW so no overnight camping. But if anyone wants to travel up on the 11th and stay over you're more than welcome to.

The show will be held at the Northern Echo Arena, Neasham Road, Darlington. Show starts at 11:00 and goes on until 15:30.

I Imagine for a display stand we would need to be there by 10:00 but we'll arrange meeting time, place etc closer to the event.

I have a spare vehicle pass if you want it, you'd need to buy a ticket for any passengers though.
PM me quick if you are interested so you don't miss out :)
 
Good idea . Breakfast, coffee, then drive to show in convoy. And its only a week away so hope weather behaves itself . Also means full afternoon on Saturday washing and polishing . Are there food stands there as well ?.😎👍
