In my previous life as a drummer we used to play Burn before we started writing our own stuff.....fantastic cover to play :D

it's hard to find many good covers of Johnny Cash songs because he just made them all his own. Apart from all of us singing ring of fire when we're pissed up that is ;)

Anyway this one isn't bad if you're in a mellow mood

 
For the first 8 minutes of any journey in the Elgrand I always listen to ‘Stairway to Heaven, Led Zeppelin’
Only because fir some strange reason it comes on through Bluetooth from my phone, and then I don’t have the heart to change it!!

When Stairway comes on... you leave it on. It's against the law to skip it :joy:

I’ve got Paul Simon on at the moment, enjoying a bit of Gracelands in the sunshine. I’m the first to admit that my taste in music is probably a bit dated... turning into my dad 🤣
 
Just discovered a new band (to me) called night club. Dark wave, retro 80s electronic style :)

 
we play a lot of music in the house & take it in turns to pick a track on youtube.

To wind the kids up I ask them to choose between Flying Lizards - money. Or the one below. Sad thing is they choose the one below & now they actually quite like it :laughing:
