I am taking over the organising of the Club stand at JDM Coombe for this year as Lisa is not able to go, hopefully back next year🤞

I don't intend to change anything from when Lisa was organising and will still meet up at Morrisons on the morning of the show to travel to Coombe in convey as I think this works great.

The post code for meeting at Morrisons supermarket is SN14 6UZ,

If you have not been to Coombe before very easy to get to on the A350 heading towards Chippingham just off junction 17 on the M4

this is an early riser show… but normally 7am-8am approx meet at Morrisons

There is a Travelodge and Premier Inn close by if anyone fancies staying the night before which I have done in the past,

How to book

Once you click this link

you will see a drop down box click on

Elgrand Owners Club

Then put in our unique code

ELGRANDJDM25

Club Member Bookings You must select your club from the list and enter your club code to buy club passes and specially priced track sessions

Closer to the event, you will receive your club display pass as an E-HANGER for you to PRINT OFF and DISPLAY before attending the circuit.

Without the e-hanger, you will not be admitted to the display area (this e-ticket is insufficient). If you don’t bring the hanger, you must park in the public car parking.

You will be emailed the e-hanger after we close sales and allocate the display stand site numbers. This means you will receive the pass before the event. The e-hanger include your display stands’ site number, the colour of your entry gate and directions to said gate.

Tickets are £25 for Club Pass for driver & up to 3 passengers

Track time is available for £30 for fast lap and £25 for slow parade lap

This is a great show and one of the best I have been to with some great drifting demos, the chance to drive you Elgrand on the track (which I did last year) and usually a good turnout of Elgrands.

I arrived on the Friday last year and parked on our stand overnight, you have to phone them to authorise it and its free

i see its for driver plus one this year my grandkids love to come I will look at the site for additional prices

ok doesn't appear to be any other charges so kids can come

Thank you Rob 👍

I have edited my original post to reflect this:)

I am certain that I seen it was for car, driver and 1 passenger which they changed it to a couple of years ago before changing it back to car, driver and 3 passengers last year or the year before.

When I first looked they had early bird tickets for £20 which are no longer available so maybe something to do with this.🤷‍♂️

Some shows seem to be buggers for changing the details on tickets & camping etc. It's hard to keep up with what's valid at time of purchase.

Yes I think you are right, the reason I am certain that I seen it was only 1 passenger was I thought when I seen it that they had gone back to charging extra for more than 1 passenger

I remember commenting on the Coombe thread at the time they changed it before that as although not affecting me made it quite expensive for a family.

Anyway the good news is that for £25 this is a cracking day out with or without bringing grandchildren or kids

I have just edited my original post to include a link to book track time which I did at last last years show and can highly recommend:party:

Would be great if we could get a few of us on the circuit at the same time :D

Is that the slow track or fast track I also believe we pay according to witch one we go on

Any lap time figures?

This was a Parade Lap where I got 2 laps of the circuit with the others that were chosen for free after being lucky enough to be picked in the top 50 cars in the show

There was a pace car in front but I was actually first right behind him and I found that on the second lap after I got a bit used to it if I slowed down a bit just before the bends and let him get a bit in front I could boot it a bit into and out of the bends :D

Both types of track sessions are on the main circuit

I am happy to go on either but it should be born in mind that on the normal track time sessions there will be some quite quick cars and they will all be pushing on
