Japfest Sunday 13th April 2025

well that's the top and bottom of the matter
 
I have had a e-mail today from Japfest with a link to print off the vehicle pass which I have done ready to be displayed in my Elgrand on the day.

This is only for the vehicle entrance and must be printed off.

You still need to have your passenger tickets for driver and any other passengers which you have bought which can also be downloaded from the link

Although they say you can show them on your phone I have also printed these off just to be on the safe side.

@mikethecoach driver @Bigash2774 will see you at Chippenham Morrisons at 12.00 if still ok with you both for our little convoy of 3 🚐 🚎 🚌
This should get us to the Gate Hangs High campsite by about 2.00 and hopefully we can save spots together for us Rob Mitch and Henry.

Still public tickets for sale if anyone wants to come along just for the day and look us up :)

Yep had my email too. Looking forward to it 😀 We should be arriving around 5 - 6pm I think, as Becky at work till 1.

@Winchester I have 2 extra club driver passes that I bought for passengers to give us extra club space. Happy to update one with your son’s vehicle if you cover the cost of a replacement passenger ticket for me
 
List of car clubs and display area.

No Alphard's from what I can see :D so apart from the Stepwagons we will be the only MPV's there:cool:

Map of show, we look to be in a pretty good spot, fairly central and not too far from the track to get a bit of the track time and drifting action :D

I’m all set to go apart from having some slight technical issues with wheels atm 🤨🤪😆
 
I am camping I do have a carpark ticket and entrance If anyone camping and has room for one passenger that is on the stand I would love the lift If not I will find my way to the stand and spend the day with you

Jugglebury might still have a spare pass to get on the club stand. If you give him a message.

Henry, have you messaged @juggleberry yet regarding the spare display passes he has.

Would be good to have your E52 on the stand :)

If you are not sorted I am more than happy to give you a lift from the campsite to to the show if you get a passenger ticket (you might be able to use the public ticket that you have already although would be worth checking with Japfest to make sure) although it might mean having to put my memory form bed in your van for the duration of the show to make room for you as it takes up quite a lot of room in my van.

Rob, I remember on another thread you saying that you had some spare EOC banners, if so can bring to use at Japfest but also let me have them to use at Castle Coombe in May 👍

Yeah sure mate. I'll bring them along. Think I only have wooden stakes for 1 so will have to see if I can sort something for the spare 1
