Update:
So far we only have 1 gazebo and require two more 6x3 gazebos and 1 more banner, everything else on the list seems to be accounted for?
 
We've got some solar spotlights being brought by various members to help with illumination during the evenings, hopefully there will be approx 16 of them so that should be enough

PS Also got an iCarsoft code reader for E51 I am happy to send to someone to take for the weekend.
 
I will be bringing wood, coal, solar and battery style lighting. I also have a 3x3m gazebo if needed. I'm also willing to help with any last minute items we may need if anything is forgotten.

I am bringing 2 bags of wood, 2 bags of coal. Don't have a gazebo but will make a donation to buy one. I am also bringing my iCarsoft i903 if anyone wants to use it.
 
What is the food situation? As this is the first time we are going
 
Linda the BBQ never goes out so bring your BBQ food and eat when you want, also on site there are food caravans serving burgers, bacon cobs and japanese food although I do draw the line at eating Sushi.
 
WE NEED ONE MORE GAZEBO - 6x3m preferred or two 3x3m (can be put together to make a 6x3).
