North East Fish & Chips supper meet at Hartlepool marina or Seaton cerew

Only just seen this (don't get on here much now), but was playing golf anyway. Hope you all enjoyed it!

Looks great epic sky too hope it was all good ! Fingers crossed I can make the next !

Shame we had heavy rain to start off at Historic Quay and needed to shelter in our cabs but it eased when we got to Seaton. We made the best of it, rain stopped in time for Chippy and banter.
Always nice to meet up with local regulars, @JAGMAN Peter, Bev, @dognero Andy, Janet, and @kevinb Kevin & Janet (seasoned travellers over the Yorkshire border into NE) and great to meet @malcolmyz85 Malcolm and Bev (Northumbrians).
Plus we gained new addition to forum @The durham grand girls after spotting us they pulled up for a chat. Look forward to seeing their E50 when it hits the road.
Thanks for making the effort despite the weather.

fingers crossed we get an overnight camping spot sorted for next meet, Malcom threw an idea in for Seahouses.
Or for the posh ones maybe a Glamping pod. šŸ¤”

Apologies to Sharon (not Bev) @JAGMAN
I mixed names up, that will teach me to type early morning šŸ¤”

See some options for Northumberland camping. Just to consider alongside Malcolms,
Orchard stables was the cheap, cheerful and basic one I mentioned that had fairy lights in a stable used for toilet and basin (squady wash)
The others have Glamping, showers toilets if you donā€™t want to rough it

Might be a idea to put a thread asking for possible numbers with suggestions of places , but sad part wonā€™t be able to suit everyone, sometimes itā€™s better just pic a date and a location and see who wants to come . Abit like meet yesterday

Definitely can't wait for our e50 to be on the road was lovely talking to you all ..im sure we will have a catch up with you all in the near future šŸ˜‰

Aw missed it, when the next one?

Just been reading the thread of the meet in July would love to join you guys at the next one

If we arent going to South Shields ( courtesy Mark) then we are up for another Seaton Carew - lunchtime this time for obvious reasons though as outdoor floodlit fish and chips isn't ā€œde rigeurā€ in these parts yet - but it is on Michael Goves levelling up to do list I hear.

Getting a few more Poolies on here, soon wonā€™t be able to move for Elgrands in Town šŸ’šŸ™Š

We could do a Sunday morning then off to a sit in chippy or similar? If weā€™re not doing South Shields, mind we could do it up there too.
