Can I convert the screens to English?

in my E51 S2 - i have an aftermarket stereo - a cheapie, and that allows bluetooth from phone to car stereo - it doesnt show the track name but you can go to next track and previous track from headunit. i just use google maps on my phone - get a decent car phone holder.

note: steering wheel controls dont work though
 
In my 2008 E51 S3, I have it set up so I press this button and have Apple CarPlay etc.

Wee conversion box under the glove box.
