Battery disconnection/saver

If I disconnect the battery, will I have to reinstall english conversion to AV CD on Elgrand E51 S3 2009. Does anyone use a battery saver? (I haven't got the disk, so may need to get one from Elgrand Campers..)
 
No, you will only have to reset front and rear temperature and bass/treble settings as far as I recall. Once converted to English, it’s for life.
