What have you done to your Elgrand today?

:joy:

It was about a week in the planning. I set out to do a how to but I was so nervous about the size of the job that I forgot all about it. I found that little fat fingers were the best tool for the job. I enquired about having the job done but local garages just did the old shake of the head routine - too hard to work on an import & they didn't have the manual or any info on their PC. Nissan didn't want to know either ;):joy:
Did you put some copper slip in them caps Phil to make it easier for the kids to steal them and so they don't cut your valves off:p:p:p

What have you done today - Just had a full service - new rear discs, pads all round, oil filter, oil change, fluid top offs, air filter, couple of bulbs, rear caliper rebuild (repair kit + new pins)

Thanks to BMR for the parts and Gilhooly Commercial in Meldreth for the servicing.

Just back from the garage getting this fitted

Ebay De Cat

£50 to have them fitted 1hr
Sorry no photos of it on but the guy said it fit spot on and was an easy job.
Sounds sweet too.

Yeh only waiting for my private paperwork to come and then I can start looking for plates.
Then I think that will do.
I stuck with the Jap style plate on the rear which WRM had made up for me BUT I removed the front and fitted one which is 15inches long and slim albeit still legal font size and looks much better. Got it off ebay for £12 I thinkSNV32323.JPGSNV32452.JPG

Yeh that's the way I will go I think

Well a break in the rain so I decided to re-fit my headlight division trims back on after being painted to match my ride body colour.

@Brendan1969 looks good, now go all out and paint the insides of the lights black. Loved the look when someone done that on here, but not sure I'd be comfortable breaking open the headlights.

Yeah it was me it wasn't hard just need to take it steady and not melt anything when separating the lens from the unit. I think it looks much better now
