What have you done to your Elgrand today?

Ha ha ha very easily I use washers to get the height I wanted and then made some Ali plates up if you don't have a spoiler there's plenty of room just check it when you lift it up. The best thing about it doesn't cost any money I've added some photographs show you washers and then the alley spaces just got to paint them now when I get time. You definitely will need some longer bolts.

Top man @Andyzz. I'm going to do this when I'm not busy at work. Such a simple fix, cheers!

I (or should I say the wife) could do with some front parking sensors. How easy are they to fit for an idiot like me @dognero ? :)
Not too bad. front grill off and you have plenty of access. Wires through the grommet behind the fuse box, cables down to the back to join the rear ones in the box. Permeant live from the small light in the boot. Then brake and reverse feeds all from the drivers side.

Today I BROKE TB2.Going down Bluebell hill I thought oo she's sounding nice today, even got more get up and go than usual. Must like the rain. THEN the exhaust got up and went 😙. Turned around and went home. Haven't got ramps and my axle stands were for my lifted landrover so way too tall for an Elgrand, but from what I can see from laying in the wet gutter the pipe has broken or separated at the join between the two silencers. Ho hum. Now to try and find a decent exhaust repair shop in Medway.
Like I said the other day, life sucks at the moment. If it can go wrong it has, if it hasn't yet it will.😭
Common place for them to break unfortunately. Mines gone there twice now! Think it's beyond a weld job on mine this time though. Will have to see what else can be done or it'll be an expensive custom stainless job for me.

Shit - I'll leave it. If she bumps it she bumps it :joy:;)

@dognero those pictures now have me excited to get my white rider s next month, looks awesome with those wheels.

There's wheels under that brake dust? 😂

That should be a reply to Robp. Got the posts mixed up.
Yeah there sure is some wheels under there some where! Got new brembo pads to put on, these pagid one's are the worst I've ever had for dust

Inspired by all you guys, I decided to take on my first mod. Despite my lack of technical knowledge I just dived straight in & thought to hell with it - if it goes wrong, it goes wrong.

Pretty pleased with the results though. And yes I know the vehicle needs washing

:joy::joy::joy::p:p - I'm taking bets on how long it is before they get nicked. I'm guessing 3 days. ;):)

@Phil hope you're doing a write up with pictures on how you fitted them? Was it hard, any specialist tools needed due to it being an import? I think I will just drive the 200 miles to my closest Elgrand specialist when I have mine done 😁

:joy:

It was about a week in the planning. I set out to do a how to but I was so nervous about the size of the job that I forgot all about it. I found that little fat fingers were the best tool for the job. I enquired about having the job done but local garages just did the old shake of the head routine - too hard to work on an import & they didn't have the manual or any info on their PC. Nissan didn't want to know either ;):joy:
