Put me and misses down plus 4 kids

You're on the list mate

Karl, can we add another to eat at the meet, our grandaughter?

Karl, unfortunately I'm working on this day, but maybe I'll be able to make the next one.

Do we have any more takers for this meet? It's going to be a great day :D

Could also do with finalising a meet location @ 2pm before moving onto the pub. Do we have any suggestions for places that won't be too busy, will enable us to all park together and will also not mind us loitering for 2 hours before moving on?

Local knowledge Karl is what is needed as you know. Thought a local member was looking into this

Who's idea was it to go here anyway, maybe they can suggest a meeting point?????

I have suggested one with plenty of parking space and only 3ish miles from lawnswood.

Where was that again Malcolm? I reckon we'll roll with that suggestion

Cardigan fields about 1.5 miles out of Leeds on A64 leisure park with cinema bowling and eating places.
Look on Google maps for Vue cinema leeds, lawnswood is about 3 miles from their.

Is cardigan fields the definite meet place for Sunday??? Can we all just roll on there or do you think we will get moved on? 15..16..17 vehicles all turning up on a retail/complex somebody's not going to like it or am I being soft?

We can all just say that we have partners/friends/family members who are shopping ;)

Are we all happy to make this the final meeting place for Sunday? If so, we will find a quiet part of the car park to meet in. If it ends up being too busy, we can decide on the day if we want to move somewhere else once everyone has arrived. I will send my phone number to everyone on the attendee list.

Also, as a final headcount, can everyone on the list please let me know for definite if they will be in attendance. There is nothing worse than waiting for someone on the day, having no way of contacting them, and finding out that they just aren't coming.

EDIT: Actually, I can think of a lot worse... but in terms of arranging a meet, that's the worst thing to happen. :boss:

A complex @ Christmas. Now that scares me - scares me any time of the year...
